This Order Procedure explains how orders are placed, processed, and completed on SellwayBD.


1. Placing an Order

  • Customers place orders through a reseller or directly via the SellwayBD platform
  • Required information includes:
    • Customer Name
    • Phone Number
    • Full Delivery Address
  • Orders must be confirmed before processing

2. Order Confirmation

  • Resellers must confirm the order with the customer before submission
  • SellwayBD may verify orders via phone call or SMS
  • Unverified or suspicious orders may be canceled

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation
  • Once processed, the order is handed over to the courier partner

4. Shipment

  • After dispatch, customers will receive delivery updates (if available)
  • Delivery is handled by third-party courier services

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Most orders are fulfilled via Cash on Delivery
  • Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details may be provided where available
  • Customers/resellers can contact support for order status updates

7. Order Modification

  • Orders can be modified only before shipment
  • Once shipped, changes are not allowed

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • SellwayBD reserves the right to cancel:
    • Fake or unverified orders
    • Orders with incomplete information
    • High-risk or suspicious transactions

9. Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts:
    • The order may be canceled
    • Reseller accounts may be reviewed for repeated failed orders

10. Reseller Responsibility

Resellers must:

  • Ensure order accuracy
  • Confirm customer intent before placing orders
  • Avoid fake or duplicate orders
  • Maintain professional communication with customers
