1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver products across Bangladesh
• Delivery availability may vary depending on location and courier service coverage

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
• Remote areas may require additional time

Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Delivery charges are calculated based on location and product type
• Charges will be shown at the time of checkout
• Additional charges may apply for remote areas

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available in most locations
• Customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery
• Resellers must ensure accurate order confirmation before shipment

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times
• If the customer is unavailable, the order may be canceled

7. Incorrect Address

• Customers/resellers must provide accurate delivery information
• SellwayBD is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details

8. Delivery Delays

SellwayBD is not liable for delays caused by:

• Courier service issues
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
• Political or national disruptions

9. Package Checking

• Customers are encouraged to check the package condition at the time of delivery
• Any damage or issue should be reported immediately

10. Reseller Responsibility

Resellers must:

• Confirm customer orders properly
• Provide correct delivery details
• Inform customers about delivery timelines
